Refund Policy

This page is maintained by EstateVera Ltd to answer common questions about how the EstateVera service handles your information. It is editable content, not an independent certification.
This refund policy applies to all subscription plans and one-off add-on purchases made through EstateVera. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles refunds on our behalf.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to:
- Subscription plans (Starter, Professional, Portfolio, Enterprise)
- One-off add-on purchases (AI Compliance Report, Property Health Check, HMO Compliance Audit, Landlord Document Pack)
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Contact our support team at support@EstateVera.app and we'll help you raise the request with Paddle.
Refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access to paid features until then, and you will not be charged again.
After the 30-day window
Beyond 30 days, subscription fees for the current period are not automatically refundable, but you can still cancel to prevent future renewals. If you believe you have a special circumstance (for example, a billing error, duplicate charge, or service issue), contact us — we will review your case in good faith together with Paddle.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction, including UK consumer rights.
